Receive and Pay Your Invoice

Once we receive your order, we’ll send you an invoice. You can complete your payment via direct bank transfer or credit card for convenience.

Artwork and QR Code Setup

We’ll start designing your artwork and setting up your QR code (if selected). We usually start immediately so you will usually see a design for approval within 1-2 business days.

Review and Approval

We’ll send you the finalized artwork and QR code for your review and approval. This ensures everything is just the way you want it.

Production and Distribution

After approval, we’ll begin printing and preparing your coasters for distribution to your local venue. This process typically takes about 4 weeks.

Final Example and Delivery

We’ll mail you a sample of your coaster so you can see the final product, and we’ll notify you about the delivery timeline to your venue.

    Local Coasters partner with local businesses in your area to promote their brand whilst supporting their local venues and local audiences at the same time.  Our drink coasters and bar runners will feature one only local business in support of your pub/club.

  • What is QR tracking on drink coasters and how does it work?

    We all love drink coasters - but let's be honest, we don't always take them home with us. So we decided that we wanted a way for the local audience to be able to save the business information for when they are ready.

  • How long does it take for coasters to be delivered?

    Local Coasters like to get things organised as quickly as possible and we prioritise pubs and clubs that need supply within the next 4-6 weeks.  Generally speaking we will have delivered them within 4 weeks, however there may some times be delays due to peak and holiday periods.  In which case we will always keep out customers up to date with communications.

  • Can I pay once this are in the club?

    Unfortunately not.  Due to previous issues we now require payment upfront before any artwork or work on your order will begin.  We do NOT dump coasters so if you are unsure please speak to our friendly staff who would be happy to verify the club order with you.
